We recently completed a living room renovation in St. Clair Shores that focused on revitalizing a space affected by smoke damage. Our task was to transform this once-dull room into a warm, welcoming environment reminiscent of home. We began by addressing the challenges posed by stubborn smoke residue—a crucial first step in our transformation process.
To combat the smoke damage effectively, we utilized Bin Shellac primer, known for its specialized sealing properties. This essential first layer ensured that any underlying smoke issues would not resurface, paving the way for a smooth and lasting paint application.
Following the priming, our team applied premium Benjamin Moore paint in soothing brown hues, choosing tones that offered warmth and comfort. This approach not only refreshed the aesthetics but also created a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing on those plush brown couches.
The transition from the original space to its new incarnation was notable. From floors to ceilings, the transformation was meticulous. It was satisfying to see a formerly tired room become a hub of homely warmth and style, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
